Project scope:

• Copy edit and proofread. Polish the copy while retaining the author’s voice and meaning.

This project was to edit and refine a debut cookbook and accompanying website by speech pathologist, Brie Simons. In both hardback and digital form, the copy was polished to remove any grammatical errors or inconsistencies prior to publication.
