Woolworths + Everyday Rewards
Project scope:
Brand Persona. Maintain brand identity of Everyday Rewards including several brand partners like BIG W, BWS, Qantas and Ampol.
Branded content. Provide on-going copy for online content across Woolworths and Everyday Rewards emails, app, social media and paid advertising.
Editing. Review and edit final copy for accuracy and to correct grammatical errors.
Guidelines. Format copy to align with brand-specific guidelines.
Research and development. Establish alt tag guidelines for the brand through the user testing of visually impaired customers.
This is an on-going project to provide copy across the Woolworths loyalty program, Everyday Rewards and their affiliated partners. The task is to create customised brand messaging to drive engagement across 14.5 million Everyday Rewards subscribers.
